Our mattresses are 100% American Made. We purchase the highest-quality raw materials from regional sources, then produce premium mattresses locally at our factory in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Our master craftsmen pay attention to minute details to craft durable mattresses that deliver long-term comfort and support. We construct every mattress from premium, regionally sourced materials. Our mattresses meet federal and state flammability laws, and all our foams have CertiPUR-US certification, which means they emit low VOCs to keep the air you breathe clean. Best of all, we provide full warranty coverage on manufacturing over the entire warranty period.

We Care About the Planet

We aim for environmental sustainability with CertiPUR-US certification. The raw materials in our mattresses do not use ozone depleters; PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants; mercury, lead, and other heavy metals; formaldehyde; and phthalates. Our mattresses meet low VOC emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

  • We meet flammability requirements naturally without using chemicals to meet 16 CFR Parts 1632 and 1633, as regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
  • We use innersprings made from post-industrial recycled steel and wood sourced from sustainable forests certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
  • We use state-of-the-art technology to minimize manufacturing waste and recycle all scrap from the manufacturing process. The leftover materials include foam, wood, steel, and plastic.
  • We source all raw materials locally, which minimizes the energy used to transport goods to us, which helps to reduce our carbon footprint.
